Propsal: A Living wage-- not minimum

We need a LIVING wage. Not a minimum wage...

Perhaps we can re-label the minimum wage, as "a training wage"

A living wage would allow a head of a family to work ONE job that would allow them to support their family

Initially, it might be $15-25 per hour.

The former "minimum"wage (now training wage) would be an introductory wage for employees ENTERING the work market. Mostly children under 18, new college students, etc.
